JUST IN: Jane Fonda, 85, Says She Would NOT Take A Lover Older Than 20 Years Old Because ‘I Don’t Like Old Skin’

Jane Fonda has left viewers stunned after saying she wouldn’t take a lover older than 20 even though she’s already 85.

The Monster In Law star, who is known for her activism, have caused a sit on social media because of her recent remarks after she revealed her requirements if she were to take a boyfriend.

Appearing on the podcast Absolutely Not by Heather McMahan, the actress said: “I’m ashamed to say this, but if I were to take a lover, he’d have to be 20.”

When McMahan why specifically 20, the ‘Grace and Frankie’ star responded: “Because I don’t like old skin.”

Her comments left the production team and the host in tears.

“I don’t!” she added.

Even though her remarks were meant as a joke, people were quick to take to social media to express their thoughts about her comments.

One person commented: “I get the old skin part, but we can go higher than 20 to still accomplish that.”

Another wrote: “What about if the 20 year old doesn’t like old skin.”

A third said: “Jane noooooooo. Like reallll but noooooo.”

Someone else added: “20? I’m not even half her age and I think 20 is too young for my age.”

But fans immediately jumped to the star’s defense, with one saying: “People really don’t understand what a joke is! She’s funny.”

Another fan said: “I really think this is just her sense of humor yall. Ain’t that serious lol.”

A third commented: “Y’all don’t know Jane Fonda jokes around ? tough in these comments.”
